  • Assessment Responses: Your answers to the 48 values assessment questions
  • me book Data: Your conversation content with the me book feature, AI-generated chapter summaries, session history, and actions
  • Payment Information: Subscription (monthly billing) payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or retain payment details such as credit card numbers

4. me book Feature

4.1 Data Transmission to External AI Services

When you use the me book feature, your conversation content is sent to and processed by an external AI service provided by Google (Gemini). This data transmission is necessary to provide AI responses and generate chapters.

On first use, you will be asked to consent to data transmission to an external AI service. If you do not consent, you will not be able to use the me book feature.

4.2 Data Storage

me book conversation history and generated chapters are stored on Google's cloud service (Firebase) linked to your account. This enables:

  • Reviewing and reflecting on past chapters
  • Managing actions from chapters
  • Continuing dialogue from past chapters

4.3 Data Deletion

me book data can be deleted in the following ways:

  • Individual Chapter Deletion: Delete specific chapters from within the app
  • Account Deletion: Deleting your account will permanently delete all associated data including all chapters and conversation history

5. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate and display values assessment results
  • Store assessment results
  • Provide the me book feature (AI dialogue, chapter generation and storage, action management)
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Properly operate the service

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties. However, exceptions include:

  • Transmission to external AI services (Google) necessary to provide the me book feature
  • Information provided to platforms (App Store, Google Play) necessary for payment processing
  • When disclosure is required by law

7. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention Period

Assessment data and me book data (chapters, conversation history, actions) are retained on Google's cloud service (Firebase) until you delete your account or delete them individually.
